The austrian reggae lable IRIEVIBRATIONS RECORDS was founded in 2001 by the two brothers Syrix and Professa, who are also known as Iriepathie. Due to good connections to Jamaica, regular coorporations with the best and most famous artists of the carribean island are possible. Irievibrations Records has already worked with singers like Luciano, Anthony B, Morgan Heritage, Natty King, Turbulence, Perfect, Leroy Smart, and many others. The turnouts of these collaborations are 7" selections, which have hardly any match in Europe.

It is an Irievibrations Records philosophy to support the Austrian and European reggae community, so there are always young talents and upcoming artists featured on the flipsides. The work of Syrix and Professa not only consists of selecting the singers and DJs for the productions, but also of running the Irievibrations studio in Vienna where most of the songs are recorded and produced.
